Losing Weight and Breaking Free from The Dieting Roller Coaster

Begins January 20 Mondays or Wednesdays 6:30 – 8:15 p.m.
This workshop is about losing weight. It’s also about feeling better – being able to stop spending so much energy on dieting, weight, and worrying about appearance.
Would you like to learn a style of eating that will allow you to lose weight, manage blood sugar, and not feel ripped off? You can start to eat like a trim, healthy person who doesn’t have issues with food.
With humor and compassion, we will identify and find the power to work with the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have fueled past overeating.
You will identify other places of “hunger” in your life and how to get unstuck with pursuing and asking for what you long for.
We will cover how to actually become more comfortable saying “no” to people, situations, and behaviors that don’t work for you.
